About This Location
Our Hwy 47 & Hwy O structure sits on the Route 47 corridor just outside Marthasville, in Warren County. It is a V-structure carrying two facings, one to northbound traffic and one to southbound, with two 8' × 8' ad faces on each side.
This was the first structure BUFFEL Properties built, and it is the one we point to when somebody asks what we actually do. We handled the site work, the permitting, the construction, and the advertiser relationships on it, and we maintain it ourselves.
